At Athletes Feet, we've done our best to create a Web site that anticipates and satisfies our customers' needs. With that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions. How do I return a product I do not like?
If you do not like the shoes you ordered contact us and we will mail you a prepaid shipping slip.


What if my shoe does not fit?

If the shoe does not fit and is still in new condition return it to us for a full refund or exchange.


Did you receive my order?

All orders that we receive will be processed quickly and an order confirmation email will be sent to you upon the order being received.


Can I change or cancel my order?
Since all orders are processed in a timely order, we will do our best to correct the order but all orders are final at time of purchase.


What if my shoe starts falling apart?
We will honor all manufacturer’s warranties and will handle the claim with the manufacturer for you.
